(normally in the talk page, but this policy is not yet set.. it needs to be developed so it needs to be visible.

Not all hours are the same. An Expert can do many times more work in the same amount of time.

It makes sense to share knowledge and learn things in a field that we don't know. After building a few computers, we expect our clients to be able to train other people, and feel empowered to solve problems by knowing a bit of vocabulary and concepts to aid consulting documentation.
