As Dan said on the list:

Essentially if we focus a chunk of our program on FLOSS education, we can get grants for the work FGSEA is doing. In terms of education, we would be offering a linux 101 class, word processing, LAMP stack basics, etc., all courses we either can do, or have done sporadically before.
