Eight years writing news pieces, op-eds, Q&As, columns, event previews, and 3,000-word cover stories. I've written primarily for alt-weeklies and news websites. I've also presented speeches at dozens of universities including Stanford, the University of Chicago, Harvard, and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I'm currently learning HTML, CSS, and technical writing.

I have used Ubuntu Linux for around seven years and recently began volunteering with the Xubuntu Documentation Team.
